About Us
Sissy heaven are a totally customer focused company. We are always looking to improve and enhance our service and welcome any comments. We also offer advice, support and guidance should you wish it. Just email us and see if we can help.

Buying with us
Buying with us couldn't be easier. Just make your selections and complete checkout its that easy.
Payments are either taken by 2checkout.com or Paypal and at no time does our name Sissy heaven appear on any credit card statements or Paypal accounts.

Printable order form
Alternately if you would like a more discreet buying experience make your selections as normal go to checkout and choose the pay with cheque or money order option, this will give you a printable order form with your order details on to post to us for a more discreet buying experience.

All orders are sent in plain unmarked packaging with no labels telling where it came from except a return address.

Privacy
At Sissy heaven your privacy is important to us. We do not disclose your information to any third parties and once your transaction is over your details are automatically erased, no record is ever kept on our system for longer than the time it takes to place an order with us.

Delivery
All of our made to measure ranges are from start to finish created by one of our highly skilled seamstresses and take the following to deliver:
Made to measure 4-8 weeks depending on the amount and item ordered (this may vary during certain periods and may take longer)
Smaller items made to measure will take up to 2-4 weeks (subject to demand  and may take longer)
Ready made items including all accessories take up to 28 days for delivery (subject to demand)
Shoes take 3-6 weeks subject to demand. All postal charges are calculated at the checkout at current postal rates
All orders over £250.00 go postage free in the UK.

**Please note we will only post to PO Boxes using Royal Mail services once we have a verified payment address**

Missed Deliveries
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, The courier will leave a card or if Royal Mail is used they should leave a card saying your parcel can be collected at your local sorting office. If the item is not collected within 7 days Royal Mail will automatically send this parcel back to us. If this happens we will inform you once the parcel is returned.
Please note that if this happens you will be charged for re-delivery, the exact cost on the postage meter for your parcel.

Returns Policy

This only applies to ready made items only not custom. See below for details:
Returns are accepted on ready made items only, within 7 days of receipt and we will only exchange faulty and damaged items like for like not for an alternative. All returns must be agreed in advance verbally and a covering letter enclosed with the return.
Once you have returned your goods then any monies paid by you (minus P&P) will be reimbursed within 30 days. You must return the goods in question at your own cost by signed for delivery and they must be received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, unworn and in original packaging, if they are not then the return will not be acceped for any reason and they will be sent back to you.  If you have not returned the goods within 7 days of receipt we WILL NOT be able to accept them. If you return goods after this time then we will not accept them, and you will have to collect them from us at your own cost.
For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns on orders for any items worn next to the skin, such as wigs, hosiery or underwear , this includes corsets.  When returning shoes and boots please do not write on the box, if the box is marked, or damaged when we receive it then there will be £5 excess to pay on this. If you are sending an item back for exchange then you will be charged again for postage and packing.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered and are subject to special conditions.
**Made to measure/order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. Custom made does not qualify as a returnable or refundable item, as we do not take responsibility for any errors on size or measurements given by you at the time of purchase. Refunds will no longer be given on custom orders after the 1st July 2008. All refunds will be given on the following basis up until the 30th June 2008 (If a refund is offered on an item there will be a restocking fee of 30% without exception. Your right to cancel
Once you have purchased any ready made item you have 7 days in which to cancel your order once you have taken receipt of goods. After this time normal conditions will apply.
